Shamma Naser Al Nuwais, the founder of Anahata Spa brand, centered upon a spiritual and holistic approach to life, inspired by the ethos to help others achieve harmony. The concept revolves around The Seven Chakras, the main energy centers of the body that when balanced, energy can run through them freely and harmony exists between the physical body, mind and soul.

She opened Abu Dhabi’s first holistic treatment Centre in 2007. Following its success promoting healthy wellbeing through embracing the balance between the mind, body and soul, Shamma has brought this exciting approach to the world of fashion and style with the opening of the Definition Hair Salon.

A Reiki Usui Master and a certified NLP Practitioner, Shamma works with others to overcome life’s physical, emotional and mental challenges so they can heal from the past and live their life to its full potential.

Reiki is a powerful healing energy that helps to dissolve blockages from within by initiating the body’s own ability to heal and lead a balanced life. She offers face to face and distance Reiki Healing as well as one to one NLP coaching sessions.
